The Eightfold Path is a set of practices that serve as a guiding approach to liberation from suffering. Articulated by Shakyamuni Buddha, the Eightfold Path is the last of the Four Noble Truths. As a structure for practice, the Eightfold Path offers the opportunity to come together as a sangha, inquiring into the nature of these eight approaches to living, uniquely combined in Buddhist training. We welcome eight seasoned teachers as they share their insight into this foundational approach to the dharma.
