The Eightfold Path - Fall Practice Period 2026
Right Mindfulness
Dharma Talk by Mark Sando Mininberg
Saturday, November 21st
9:00 am - 11:00 am ET (New York)
Online
Remembering to be present and clearly knowing what is happening forms the basis of Right Mindfulness. Often confused with Right Concentration, Right Mindfulness is well articulated in the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta, which identifies four foundations: mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of feelings, mindfulness of mind and mindfulness of dharmas. Sando Mininberg Roshi will bring our attention to this essential topic of Shakyamuni’s teachings.
“Mindfulness is the energy that allows us to recognize what is happening in the present moment.”
- Thích Nhất Hạnh
The Fall Practice Period is open to anyone.
There is no fee for this event. A donation is requested.
