About This Seminar

Koshin Sensei, in his teachings on the Eightfold Path, offers a series of practices. In an effort to provide and embodied learning environment, Ekai Joel Kreisberg will be facilitating those interested in working with this material in their daily practice. In support of the Saturday dharma talks, this weekly seminar offers participants an opportunity to connect and discuss their growing understanding of the material presented, in a learning environment that fosters connection and support. The focus of the seminar will be how to integrate the Eightfold Path into daily practice by utilizing the practices found in Koshin Paley Ellison’s Untangle: Walking the EIghtfold Path to Clarity, Courage, and Compassion.

  • October 16th - Before Your Journey - Untangling

  • October 23rd - The practice of Right Understanding and Right Intention

  • October 30th - The practice of Right Speak and Right Action

  • November 6th - The practice of Right Work and Right Effort

  • November 13th - The practice of Right attention and Right Meditation

Classes will all be recorded and posted in the SBL Learning Platform.
