Unpacking Emotional Koans - Online Course
In Mondo Zen Facilitation, a facilitator works with a student to choose an emotionally challenging situation and create an emotional koan. In this course 16 week training, we will identify and work with koans for the entire gamut of emotional expressions the four emotional families - anger, fear, sadness & joy, to explore emotional koan practice.
Off the Cushion: Compassion in Daily Living - Online Training Program
A six week training program devoted to embodying compassion and loving kindness throughout each day. Classes meet from 7:30 pm ET - 9:00 pm ET on 6 consecutive Tuesdays beginning October 10 completing on November 14th.
