Session One - Shamatha Meditation

With the help of The Mind Illuminated by Culadasa - Ekai Roshi will lead this 3 hour offering devoted to establishing a meditation practice with clarity as well as a metacognative approach that allows one to monitor one’s own progress on the cushion.

The Lotus Circle Community is a global circle of committed practitioners within Shining Bright Lotus Meditation Society.
