Designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners curious about this unique emotional koan path, this class introduces the foundational principles and experiential methods of Mondo Zen Facilitation in an accessible and interactive format.
Participants will explore the inquiry process, learn core concepts and terminology, and discover how this work supports emotional maturity, spiritual insight, embodied presence, and compassionate action in daily life.
This session also serves as an orientation for those interested in working with a facilitator, joining a practice group, or pursuing future training as a facilitator or teacher. Offered four times a year, this program is part of the Cosmopolitan Zen Basics program that introduces newcomers to a variety of practice commonly used in our programs.
