Ceremonial practice is best done together as a community. Shining Bright Lotus Meditation Society is pleased to be offering a bi-monthly online community practice period devoted to ceremony and connection.

Join us for Weekend Sangha Practice. After connecting with sangha members, together we will performing the Morning Service followed by a 30 minute meditation. The Dharma Reflection will be offered by Kenshin Cian Whalley, entitled “The Background Hum: Why More Insight Doesn't Produce More Freedom,“ followed by sangha discussion.

Join society members and leaders as they guide the collective through chanting, prayer, meditation and discussion. No experience necessary.

Weekend Sangha Practice is open to anyone.

There is no fee for this event.


About Kenshin Cian Whalley

Kenshin was given his dharma name as a student of Emyo Darlene Tataryn. He was ordained by Taiso Roshi in 2022. He continues his journey as a dharma teacher in Vancouver, BC.
