Rooted in Dzogchen practice, Ming Po will introduce a meditation practice of opening up to receiving love as an initial step in one’s daily practice. The ability to open up and receive love becomes the ability to give love through a regular cycle of including loved ones and benefactors. Small group inquiry will allow participants to share and reflect on the material.
The Winter Practice Period is open to anyone.
There is no fee for this event. A donation is requested.
About Ming Po Larry Matthews
Rev. Ming Po Larry Matthews, a Dharma Teacher and Certified Mondo Facilitator, has been instrumental in developing our Sangha by continuing to bring Jun Po Roshi’s Mondo Facilitation to many. He is an active board member as the Treasurer of SBLMS. Ming Po previously served as the Shuso, the head student monk for SBLMS.
