When the Buddha Needs Therapy - Fall Practice Period 2025
Can you choose enlightenment?
Dharma Talk by Kogen Keith Martin-Smith
Saturday, November 22nd
9:00 am - 11:00 am ET (New York)
Online
Choosing enlightenment is the heart of Kogen’s text and Jun Po Roshi’s teachings. Kogen Keith Martin-Smith will take us through his four steps, or practices, for awakening. Recognizing several Zen insights is key to this practice, and Kogen offers his own wisdom and unique perspective. The dharma reflection will be followed by a group discussion. After a short break, you are invited to our weekly morning service and zazen practice.
The Fall Practice Period is open to anyone.
There is no fee for this event. A donation is requested.
